Kyle Boeddeker, Owner & General Contractor

Raised by two talented do-it-yourself parents, I've swung a hammer most of my life . Whether renovating our own home, or tackling another value-added project, there were always opportunities to learn and exercise my creativity growing up. This later became  the foundation of my residential construction knowledge, while also planting the seed for what would also become my passion as I grew.

New to Bend in 2004, I spent the first 6 years in Central Oregon designing and managing the implementation of large scale custom residential automation projects. My interest in real estate led me to the next 10+ years originating mortgage loans and selling homes as a licensed realtor. While learning a great deal about business and customers, my creative passion of working with my hands brought me to where I am now. 

When I am not working you will find me riding my mountain bike, playing golf, and/or spending time with my beautiful wife and kids.  Like most "Bendites," we're here because we enjoy all the wonderful activities that Central Oregon has to offer.
